The Canary Islands as a tourist destination is working on four product clubs on which to base their varied offer, with common singular elements enabling us to clearly market this offer in a segmented fashion. This new strategy, which responds to the demands of today’s tourists, who seek a different, specialised and qualified offer, helps to establish the Canary Islands as a trademark with an attractive, different, solid and homogeneous image, reinforcing the islands’ position of leadership. This activity has resulted in the creation of product clubs. “Family Welcome” represents the best accommodation, eateries and leisure centres related to family tourism. “Water Sports Experience” highlights the natural conditions of the Canary Islands, ideal for practising water sports all year around, with a spring-like average annual temperature and regular winds. “Wellness Delight” promotes the islands as the perfect framework for those who are fleeing from stress and their daily routines, with first-class infrastructures and services. “Volcanic Experience” represents outdoor opportunities, adventure sports, star gazing, visits to volcanic formations, wine routes, crops on volcanic land or potholing, among other options.
