De 49-Mile Scenic Drive (ook bekend als de 49-Mile Drive) in en rond San Francisco laat de voornaamste attracties en historische objecten in de omgeving van de stad zien. De route is geopend op 14 september 1938 ter promotie van de Golden Gate Expositie in 1939. De route geeft zicht op de net geopende Golden Gate Bridge (1937) en de Bay Bridge (1936). De route eindigt op de terreinen van Treasure Island.
