Along the road which goes up to the Monte Cimino, of volcanic origin, visitors can see the “sasso Menicante”, an enormous stone which stands in equilibrium on the rock.

The courtyard is surrounded by a portico frescoed with subjects witnessing the residential intended use of the complex. The Rocca hosts the Museo Archeologico dell’Agro Falisco which tells the story of this territory, located between Etruria and Umbria. Visitors can admire ancient clothes dating back to the tenth century b.C., “falische” ceramics, terracotta products. The 1210 Duomo has a beautiful outside portico and an eighteen-hundred inside with the original “cosmatesco” style marble flooring.

Sightseers should not miss the Santuario della Madonna del Buon Consiglio, which dates back to the thirteenth century and then restructured.
